Memento mori is a Latin phrase meaning “remember that you must die.” It’s practice encourages living a meaningful and intentional life in light of the eventual outcome. The concept focuses on treating time as a gift rather than wasting it.

Taken from the statuaries of Greyfriars Kirkyard in Edinburugh, Scotland, our skulls are meant to serve as a reminder to choose life, climb the mountain, eat the cake, and squeeze every drop of adventure and pleasure you possibly can out of this world.
