I live in the USA, can I still order from you?

Absolutely! Please do. Here is how things will work moving forward: Pricing is not going up at this time. All orders will be shipped duty paid, with the chargeback to our Fedex account. This will allow for a seamless delivery like in the before times. What is changing is that unfortunately we have to charge for Fedex shipping. The actual cost is 55€ per shipment, but we are supplementing that and only charging 35€. As systems are currently in flux, we suggest giving an extra few days for your order to arrive. Other than that, it is business as usual.

As the tariff and duty situation changes as the wind blows, please check back here for updates or email with any questions you may have and we will get you sorted as quickly as possible.

How long before my item ships?

The majority of items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. Ready to ship items will ship within 3 business days. Custom pieces may take up to 4 weeks. Please reach out if you have time constraints and we will help you sort the best options.

What payment options are available?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, ApplePay and PayPal are accepted on the website. If you would prefer to pay via a Sepa Bank Transfer, please email your order and an invoice will be sent with banking information.

How long does shipping take? How much is it?

Domestic and European Union orders are sent via Deutsche Post/ DHL. Shipping times vary, 1-2 days within Germany and generally less than a week for the rest of the EU.

USA ships with Fedex International Economy and is 35€ per order, about 5 days transit time.

Canada ships with Fedex International Economy and is 35€ per order, about 7 days transit time.

Australia ships with Fedex International Economy and is 30€ per order, about 10 days transit time.

Great Britian ships with Fedex Regional Economy and is 15€ per order, about 5 days transit time.

Will I have to pay import duty?

Items shipped to the USA, Canada, Australia, and Great Britain will be delivered with duty paid. Items shipped within the EU are duty free and already include 19% German VAT. How do I figure out sizing?

Reach out and we can send you a ring sizer free of charge. For other body parts, we have a selection of videos in our Instagram Highlights.

Can I return an item?

All items are guaranteed for one year against normal wear and tear. Stock items can be returned for credit or exchange for 30 days after delivery is made, customer must pay the shipping costs. Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the workmanship, in which case we will do everything possible to fix the issue.

Do you offer wholesale?

Will you spam me if I join your email list?

We average about 2 emails in a good month with new collection releases, workshop schedules, and the occasional studio party.
