The majority of items are made to order and may take 1-2 weeks to ship. Metal Atelier is not Amazon. The jewelry featured on this website is only a small selection of what can be done, and we love custom commissions. If you have an idea, please reach out and we will be happy to create something to your ideas.
PAYMENTS
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club are accepted on the website. If you would prefer to pay via PayPal or a Sepa Bank Transfer, please email your order and an invoice will be sent with banking information.
SHIPPING
All orders are sent via Deutsche Post/ DHL from Germany with an international (where applicable) tracking number. Average shipping time to the US is 5-7 business days. If your order is time sensitive, please email first to discuss expedited options.
CUSTOMS
We must legally declare the full package value and contents. Metal Atelier/ Anna Butwell is not responsible for any customs or duties which must be paid when shipping internationally.
VAT
Per German law "Gemäß § 19 UStG enthält der ausgewiesene Betrag keine Umsatzsteuer" Metal Atelier/ Anna Butwell is not required to collect VAT on any items.
RETURNS
All items are guaranteed for one year against normal wear and tear. Stock items can be returned for up to six months for a full refund. Custom orders can be returned only for exchange or credit for up to six months.
